Uses: Arthritis, Increase Blood Flow, Minimize Swelling, Pain Relief, Reduce Spasm, Headaches, Post-Surgery Pain, muscle tightness, menstrual cramps, back and neck cramps, post-workouts, stress relief, postpartum pain, other minor aches and pains.
Heat Me Up: Microwave your pack in 30 second intervals for heat therapy and stop when hot enough. Depending on the strength of your appliance, it is not recommended to exceed 1-2 minutes as you can burn or catch the pack on fire if left in the microwave too long. Do not reheat until the pack is completely cooled to room temperature. Microwave strengths vary, therefore always test for hot spots and temperature.
Tip: Place the heating pad on a clean dish or make sure your microwave is clean of debris before microwaving, otherwise the sticky residue will damage the pack. Your pack is made from all natural materials that may degrade if wet, so it’s best to store in a dry area when not in use.
Cool Me Down: For cold therapy, place in the freezer until desired temperature is reached.
